Experienced agents receive 80% of all earned income until they reach an annual cap of $15,000. Once that cap is met, you keep 100% of your commissions for the rest of your anniversary year.
New agents begin at a 70/30 split, with full support, mentoring, and compliance training provided by 1912 Realty’s leadership team — until they hit their cap, and then transition to the 80-20 ... we love helping you build production the right way from the start. 2. Transparent Transaction Fees
Every transaction includes a modest $60 Risk and Recovery Fee and a Transaction Fee of:
- $99 for sales below $1,000,000
- $199 for sales over $1,000,000
Agents may choose to pass these costs through to clients in their commission agreement — the flexibility is yours.
3. Predictable Monthly Maintenance
Agents pay a $50 monthly maintenance fee to support company systems, compliance, and technology. Married agents may share one production threshold, but each remains responsible for their own monthly fee — a structure that encourages both independence and collaboration.
